I Forgot My Password and/or Username

We can send you a username and issue you a new password automatically through e-mail by using the form below.

Step 1: Enter Your E-mail Address
In the box below, enter the e-mail address you first used when you registered as a Participant and then press the submit button.

Step 2: Check Your E-mail Box
After you press the submit button, wait a few minutes and then go check your e-mail. Your username and new password should be waiting for you. Once you have your new password, you may use it to login to CES Interactive.

Step 3: Change Your Password
After you login you can click on 'Modify Profile' from your 'Homebase' page to change your password back to whatever you like.
