| Have you ever heard "Why didn't you ask the teachers?" or "Who decided that?" after agonizing over a decision? How can we lead effectively while we invite and encourage others to lead? Come discuss ways your school can look at your formal leadership in a new light. Share strategies that work, dilemmas you have faced, and hope for a better system of leadership. We will discuss ways teacher-student relationships are models for administrator-teacher relationships. Participants will also have a chance to do some creative problem-solving for their own schools. |
