Finding the Hidden Treasure in Your School

The purpose of this workshop is to show you how to build a collaborative, respectful and trusting community in which all school personnel (and the school community at large) can get to know each other better. The content presented will enable staff to come to appreciate and value each other as well as enhance school climate. The supporting interactive activities that participants engage in are designed to build trust and school cohesion. They also help develop skills that carry over to positive teaming in our daily quest to promote student learning. Each activity can be adapted to be used not only for the staff, but for students and parents as well.
