Educational Architecture on a Human Scale: More from Horace
Facilitator(s): Kathy Simon, Jill Davidson

Workshop   +   School Design: structures   +   Everyone
Participants will learn more from school leaders and designers about the schools featured in the latest issue of Horace, which focuses on creating physical structures that support small learning communities (school buildings, facilities outside traditional school buildings, nontraditional learning spaces, etc.). Essential School staff and others featured in "School Architecture on a Human Scale" will provide detail and answer questions about planning, funding, and working with design professionals. Please join us already familiar with the content from Horace so we can go deep quickly, and please join us if you have your own stories of planning space that supports small schools.
