| The performance pay-based work agreement was created at Poland Regional High, a school currently working toward CES membership. The school does not have a collective bargaining agreement, and teachers and administrators participate in a consensus model for making decisions, including the development of this work agreement. Participants in this session will hear an introduction to the process for creating a performance-based work agreement, will gain an understanding of the components of such an agreement, learn about the importance of addressing all constituents' preconceived ideas regarding contracts and pay systems, and will be given information regarding the early implementation of the agreement at PRHS. |
