| Most frustrations that staff members experience at school can be traced to weak communication practices, be it information dissemination or interpersonal dynamics. It is time to change that! Come discover how thoughtful communication practices can radically improve your school climate. You will learn your own communication style through a sophisticated individualized tool, and learn how to communicate most effectively with the other styles. We will show you how to develop communication guidelines for all staff that will stop unhealthy practices in and out of meetings, and how to develop effective information dissemination systems.
