Forming Principals' Critical Friends Groups |
| Workshop + Managing Whole School Change + Everyone |
| We will ask you to be a part of a fishbowl experience that will focus on how a group of principals have developed a strong bond through ongoing "Critical Friendship" structures. These structures have been focused on the principals' practice, with a particular emphasis on issues of diversity and equity. Our hope is that you will learn enough to be encouraged to seek out facilitative leadership training and will go back home to start a similar group of school leaders who will learn and grow together. |
