Writing Portfolios Across The Curriculum |

| Brainstorm solutions with us! Last year, Wareham Middle School, after much discussion and exploration, decided to implement writing portfolios across the curriculum. The implementation of the writing portfolio was done through a systematic approach involving all faculty. Now in its second year, the real work is just beginning. Everyone now sees the value of the writing portfolio and understands the essential skills needed for good writing. We are now challenged to make sure that all teachers are prepared to teach these essential skills to the students. Come to our session and explore what we have done thus far and help us plan for the future. Through a tuning protocol, we will present our work to you, ask for feedback on how to improve what we have started, and problem-solve our dilemma together. |
