2008-09 Affiliation Payment

Schools, centers, districts, organizations, or individuals wishing to affiliate with CES National must make payment for the annual affiliation dues.

AFFILIATION CATEGORY	ANNUAL DUES	EARLY-BIRD DUES (if paid by June 30th)
Schools	$500	$450
Centers, Districts, and Organizations	$500	$450
Individuals – CES Friend Affiliate	$75	$75
College or Graduate Students	$35	$35
