Description: Participants will practice using formal tools/ protocols to develop community and alliances across differences through inquiry and reflective practice. Participants will leave better prepared to participate in and/ or facilitate equity-based professional learning communities (CFGs or iGroups) focused on improving individual practice towards equitable student achievement.
