If you are paying by purchase order through your district, please start the requisition process early to ensure plenty of time to get the payment disbursed. Your event registration cannot be confirmed without proof of payment.
Also, make sure your school or organization’s affiliation dues are paid in full so that you can qualify for discounts.

SUPER SHUTTLE DISCOUNT
When you arrive at the airport, look for the representative in the bright yellow shirt at the van service desk. Tell that person that you are part of the group, CES Summer Institute and you will pay $18 instead of $20 one way.
One day before your departure from the hotel, call 305-871-2000 to make a reservation, once again mentioning your group name for the discount. Special Offer! If you are traveling with three or more, you can use an exclusive van for $55.00. It holds up to 10 passengers, so if there are 10 people with similar arrival times, each would only pay $5.50 each way! Just tell the agent that you want an "exclusive van." (Note: If you use this offer, the $2 discount no longer applies.)
