The increasing dysfunction of the society we are living in presents many challenges to educators, especially the ways adults provide young people with the full respect they deserve and the emotional support they need in order to flourish in an oppressive society. This talk will present some ideas about how to meet these challenges and an opportunity to reflect on your particular struggles.
