CES Network Friend Affiliation

Individuals who are not associated with a school or a CES Regional Center but who wish to affiliate with the CES National Network are invited to become a "CES National Affiliate Friend" for an annual fee of $75.

How to affiliate with CES National:

1. Login to your CES Interactive account. If you do not have one, create an account.
2. Create your CES Network Friend Profile on the CES Web site.
3. Send a check or purchase order for $75 with a print-out of your friend profile to:

   Attn: National Affiliation
   1330 Broadway, Suite 600
   Oakland, CA 94612

If you need, you can view and print out a pdf version of an invoice.

CES Network Friends will receive the following benefits:

1. One subscription to Horace, the CES quarterly journal
2. Discounted registration fees at Fall Forum
3. Additional discount of $100 on the Fall Forum registration fee for session facilitators

The CES National affiliation program runs on a yearly cycle from August 1 through July 31. Affiliation fees are due to CES National by July 31 of each year.
