If you are paying by purchase order through your district, please start the requisition process early to ensure plenty of time to get the payment disbursed. Your event registration cannot be confirmed without proof of payment.

Hotel Rates and Reservations

CUT OFF DATE FOR GROUP RATE IS 5PM PDT, JUNE 30, 2008!
Any reservations requested after the cutoff date will be on a space and rate available basis only and at the hotel's discretion.

Reserve online at: the resort's Group Discount Reservations Page, in which case our unique group rate code is already embedded in the form.

• Group rates are $114 single/$149 double.
• All reservations require a deposit of one night's room and tax by credit card to be held for reservation. Guests not arriving for a scheduled reservation will be charged one nights rate + tax, and the remainder of the reservation will be released.
• After arrival, guests departing earlier than reserved without a 24-hour cancellation notice will be charged an early departure fee of $50.

There is free shuttle service to and from the airport. Two vans regularly circle between the airport and the hotel. Upon arrival at the airport, attendees can use the contact kiosk at the baggage claim area - the Sheraton is button #1 - and ask for a pickup.

Parking at the Sheraton Portland Airport Hotel is self-parking and is complimentary.
