Call for Exhibitors

Registration: Reserve your Booth

To register as an exhibitor, please follow these steps:

Step 1. In order to access the online registration form, you must have a CES Interactive login account.

Step 2. Submit the online registration form

Step 3. Mail or fax in your registration record with payment.

Once we receive your payment, we will reserve your space in the exhibit hall and email you a confirmation letter. In late August, we will send out an "Exhibitors Kit" with more details on the facility and booth specifications. All personnel staffing your booth must register for the conference once online registration opens in mid August.

Booth locations are assigned on a first-paid, first-served basis!

General Information

The Fall Forum is CES’s primary networking and professional development event, bringing together educators, parents, students, and leading thinkers in education to exchange ideas, ask questions, and share insights about effective school practices and designs. The conference will be held November 6-8 in Charlotte, NC. We expect around 2,000 teachers, administrators, district personnel, and other education professionals to attend.

Exhibiting at Fall Forum gives you significant exposure to conference attendees and allows you to cultivate relationships with schools and educators from all over the country. On our part, we stand to gain from learning more about your organization and the resources you bring to the work of improving schools.

Be advised that space is limited, and reservations will be accepted on a first-paid, first-served basis.
