Brett Bradshaw has been working at CES National since June of 2001. Brett works on the development of CES National's communications and advocacy agenda. Previously, he taught elementary school in Los Angeles and was a member of the founding leadership team of a small, autonomous high school in Austin, Texas. He holds a M.A. in public affairs from the Lyndon B. Johnson School at the University of Texas.

Eva A. Frank joined CES for a three year project to capture the Ten Common Principles in-action through a DVD series and accompanying professional development materials. Before joining the staff Eva was a social studies teacher in the integrated, project-based Communications Academy, a small learning community focused on video arts, drama, history and English at Drake High School in San Anselmo, CA. She also served as the school’s Reform Coordinator and the Bay Area School Reform Collaborative Coach for Marin County. Prior to her career in education Eva worked in advertising on the Microsoft and Wells Fargo accounts. Eva holds a M.A. in Education from Stanford University.

Since 2001, Jill Davidson has been the editor of Horace, CES National's quarterly journal. Jill produces additional CES publications and posts frequently in the Essential Blog. Previously, Jill was an online community producer at various web sites, directed the Learning Center at the University of San Francisco and taught high school English and social studies. This is Jill's second tour of duty with CES: she worked as a CES research assistant after graduating from Brown University. Jill has an M.Ed. from the Harvard Graduate School of Education and lives with her family in Providence, Rhode Island.

Ramon Calhoun joined CES in January, 2007. Ramon works on different communication projects, such as the newsletter and journal, various media campaigns, the DVD series, and the website. Previously, Ramon was a Program Specialist for the National Writing Project, an educational non-profit focused on improving the teaching of writing in the nation’s schools. While there he supported four special focus teacher networks and a CD series. He also did marketing for CMP Media, promoting their healthcare magazines, and has worked for UCSF. Ramon has a bachelor’s degree from UCLA.
