Online
Program Guide Help Page
*Normally, you must log into CES Interactive with your user name and password in order to use the Online Program Guide, but because people have been having password difficulties, we’ve made these pages public for a short while. You only need to log in if you want to use the “My Schedule” features. If you are not already a member of the CES Interactive Community, you may join without cost or obligation by creating an account, which involves registering a user name and password.
*You must have at least one event in your personal schedule to be able to view
it.
*Be sure to logout after using the Online Program Guide "My Schedule" feature. By logging out, you ensure that your information cannot be viewed or altered by other users with access to your computer.
*If you add a session to your schedule, your name then will appear under the
event as an "interested" participant. Adding a session to your schedule DOES NOT reserve a space in the session. Rather, the purpose of the "My Schedule" tool is to allow you to show interest in a session and help you to build a personal itinerary of the sessions you'd like to attend.
*Both participants and facilitators can get a sense of who is considering attending
a session by looking at the list of "interested" participants under
the session's description. Be advised that this list is not a registration list. Facilitators should NOT expect that all persons listed
as a participant will actually attend. Nor should facilitators worry if no one has indicated interest via the online program guide. Session participants may decide to attend on-site.
*If you can't decide between two or three events, you may put all of them on
your schedule and make your decision when you get to Denver. Having more than one
option might prove helpful if a workshop is full when you show up.
*Experiment with the searching tools. Try the "design your own search" feature
to find specific workshops that interest you.
*You may need to click the "refresh" button on your browser if your
updates are not appearing in your schedule.
*You cannot edit a personal event that you have created, but you can remove
it from your schedule by checking the box and then clicking "Update Schedule."
Personal events might include a planned lunch meeting with a colleague or a
social event. Look for the link to add personal events on your personal schedule.
You cannot add a personal event until you have added at least one public event.
*Changes are being made regularly to this guide. Be sure to check back just
before the conference to make sure the sessions you've added to your schedule have not changed.
