Welcome to the Online Program Guide
There are over 250 sessions being offered at this year's Fall Forum; the challenge is how to choose among them and make the most of your brief stay in Denver!
The Online Program Guide makes it easy to peruse the entire conference program using specific search criteria. Once you find a session that interests you, you can locate detailed information about the session and its facilitators with just a click!
Using the "my schedule" * link in the banner above, you can begin to build your own conference schedule and arrive in Denver with a printed itinerary in hand.
*Please be advised that adding a session to your personal schedule DOES NOT reserve a spot for you in that session. The Online Program Guide is only an informational tool, not an online reservation system. Seating at all workshops and interest group gatherings is on a first-come, first-served basis at the conference facility.
How do I plan my Fall Forum Experience?
PARTICIPANTS:
- Browse through the descriptions of all sessions
- Find out who is facilitating, when and where
- Use the sophisticated searching tools to easily locate sessions by time, content area, strand, type, and audience
- Communicate with facilitators
- Download session-related documents that facilitators have made available
- Create a conference itinerary (complete with personal meetings)
FACILITATORS:
- Find out when and where you are scheduled to facilitate
- Get a sense of who is interested in attending your session
- Communicate with participants before and after the conference
- Upload session-related documents for participants to access in advance and after your session
- Create a conference itinerary (complete with personal meetings)
NOTE: You need to log in if you want to use the “My Schedule” features. If you are not already a member of the CES Interactive Community, you may join without cost or obligation by creating an account, which involves registering a user name and password.
