Accepting Cookies
Using CES Interactive requires that your browser be set to accept cookies. If you cannot login with your User Name and Password, check to make sure that your browser is set correctly. If you can't login and don't get an error message, you can conclude that it is a "cookies issue".
To turn on cookies:
Netscape 4.0+: Pull down Edit menu, select "Preferences", click on category "Advanced", and select the option to the right that says "Accept all cookies". Click the "OK" button.
Internet Explorer 4.0+: Pull down Edit menu, select "Internet Options", click on tab "Advanced", scroll down the list until you see "Cookies" and click on button to "Accept all cookies". Click the "OK" button.
Internet Explorer 5.0+: Pull down Tools menu, select "Internet Options", click on tab "Security". Click on the Internet Globe icon, then click on "Custom Level" button and scroll down the settings list. When you see "Cookies", click on both "Enable" buttons, then the "OK" button.
