New Affiliates
Schools, centers, districts, organizations, or individuals wishing to affiliate with CES National must register with CES Interactive, create an online profile, and pay the annual affiliation dues.

STEP 1 - JOIN CES INTERACTIVE
In order to create an online profile, you must be a member of the CES Interactive community. To join, which involves registering a username and password, please click here (a new window will open). Once you have selected a login name and password, close the new window and return to this page.
STEP 2 - CREATE A PROFILE
To complete your affiliation after you have joined the interactive community, you must create an online profile before proceeding to payment options. Please indicate the type of affiliation you would like to create:
Create Individual Profile
Create School Profile
Create Center, District, or Organization Profile
STEP 3 - PAY AFFILIATION DUES
To complete your affiliaton, you must create an affiliation payment order and select a payment option. You may pay by check, purchase order, or credit card. PROCEED TO PAYMENT OPTIONS
