Tips for Editing and Managing School Data
Annual School Data is viewable by the person who created the school profile, anyone listed as staff for that profile, and anyone listed as staff for a CES regional center that has been associated with this profile. Look near the bottom of the profile for links to add staff and associate a CES center to a school profile. Only persons who have joined CES Interactive can be added as staff.
Annual School Data is can be entered and edited only by the person who created the school profile or anyone assigned by the profile creator as an additional editor of the school profile. The profile creator can share the ability to edit the profile by adding other editors using the link at the bottom of the profile. Only persons who
have joined CES Interactive can be added as editors.
To edit existing Annual School Data Report, look for the gold "EDIT" buttons at the head of each section of the report.
If you are not getting access to something that you should have access to, logout of the system and log back in. If this doesn't work, Check to see if you have multiple accounts by going to your 'Homebase,' click on 'Find People' and do a search for yourself. If you do have multiple accounts, you need to login into the account you used to create the Profile. Please contact Jackie Gross if you do have multiple accounts.
Annual School Data is confidential. But some of the data entered in your Annual School Data Form can be displayed publicly on your school profile. Clilck on "edit profile" at the bottom of the school profile and select the data to be displayed near the bottom
of the edit form.
If you would like your CES Regional Center to be able see your data, click on "add/remove" CES Center at the bottom of your profile.
