If you are paying by purchase order through your district, please start the requisition process early to ensure plenty of time to get the payment disbursed. Your event registration cannot be confirmed without proof of payment.
Also, make sure your school or organization’s affiliation dues are paid in full so that you can qualify for discounts.

Hotel Rates and Reservations
CUT OFF DATE FOR GROUP RATE IS 5PM PDT, JUNE 28, 2008!
Any reservations requested after the cutoff date will be on a space and rate available basis only and at the hotel's discretion.

Group rates are $114 single/$149 double.
All reservations require a deposit of one night's room and tax by credit card to be held for reservation. Guests not arriving for a scheduled reservation will be charged one nights rate + tax, and the remainder of the reservation will be released.
After arrival, guests departing earlier than reserved without a 24-hour cancellation notice will be charged an early departure fee of $50.

There is free shuttle service to and from the airport. Two vans regularly circle between the airport and the hotel. Upon arrival at the airport, attendees can use the contact kiosk at the baggage claim area - the Sheraton is button #1 - and ask for a pickup.
Parking at the Sheraton Portland Airport Hotel is self-parking and is complimentary.
