Summer Institute 2008 Registration

The following registration policies are in effect this year. Please read all of the following information before registering.

IMPORTANT MESSAGE ABOUT PURCHASE ORDERS
If you are paying by purchase order through your district, please start the requisition process early to ensure plenty of time to get the payment disbursed. Your event registration cannot be confirmed without proof of payment.
Also, make sure your school or organization’s affiliation dues are paid in full so that you can qualify for discounts.

The registration fee covers conference materials, breakfast, lunch, and snacks during breaks Monday through Friday, an opening night dinner, and a special activity. Attendees are responsible for their own accommodations, travel, and other meal costs.

Affiliate Discount
Affiliates of CES National – persons from affiliated schools, centers, organizations, or individuals who have joined and paid dues for the current year – are eligible for discounted registration fees.
PLEASE NOTE: All registrants claiming a discount in the online registration form will need to verify their affiliation status up front (confirmed and paid prior to the time of registration). If you or your school/organization has not yet affiliated for the 2007-08 year, we recommend that you do so prior to the time you register. Otherwise, you must register at the non-affiliate rate.

Payment
Payment must accompany registration; your registration will not be confirmed until we receive payment. Make checks or purchase orders payable to "Coalition of Essential Schools, Inc." and send to:

PLEASE NOTE: In addition to paying by check or a purchase order, you may make payment online via a secure server using a MasterCard, VISA, American Express, or Discover card. Registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis until July 13th or until conference capacity has been reached. You may register on-site, but availability is not guaranteed.

Cancellations
If, after registering, you are unable to attend the Summer Institute and would like to cancel your registration and request a refund, you must notify CES National in writing or by email, clind@essentialschools.org, prior to July 7th. A $100 cancellation fee will be charged.
